Attach Uploaded Document to Listing
You can upload documents to TorontoMLS for attachment to any of your
available listings, if you have permission to do so. Document attachments include Floor Plans, Seller Property Information Statements, Financials, Feature Sheets, Environmental reports, Schedules, Disclosures, and Other Property Information.
You may upload a PDF, JPG, GIF, or Microsoft Word document (DOC or DOCX). The maximum size for each uploaded document is 750 KB.
Once a document is attached to a listing, it can be viewed, printed, or downloaded by anyone with access to TMLS. Uploaded files remain attached to the listing until deleted or the listing becomes unavailable.
To Attach a Listing Document
- Click the Add/Edit tab.
- In the left sidebar, click Document Attachment (Upload).
- Enter the listing's MLS number, then click Continue. The Upload Attachment window appears.
- Choose the attachment category for the document you want to upload.
- Click Browse. The Choose File window appears.
- At the Look in dropdown list, navigate to the folder that contains the file to upload.
- Select the file, then click Open. The Choose File window returns.
- At Comments, you may optionally type a comment.
- Click Upload. The file uploads to the listing.
To Delete a Document Attachment
- Open the listing in Broker Full format.
- Click View Attachments. A popup window appears.
- Click the desired Category of Document for the file you want to remove. The attachment appears in the window.
- Click Delete. A popup window appears.
- Click OK. The document is removed from the TMLS system.
